To commemorate our 20 years of the Society in Australia, we’ve custom-created a stunning one-off triple bottle box for the three casks on offer celebrating this 20th milestone. Each box is unique, just like our casks, and has been custom-built in Tasmania out of genuine Huon pine with engraving and sliding lid housing all three casks. Handmade and months in production, this one-off set is unique both to the 20th anniversary, and to the shape and contour of each set. No two boxes are the same.

We're seeing a lot of great 4's out of Orkney of late, not that anyone would complain about that. The best part of all of these peaty punchers is they are all so diverse in flavour, but all have that lovely oily richness to the spirit that reminds us of what this distillery tasted like 20+ years ago. The 'fifth element' of flavour, umami, is all about texture. This month’s virtual is a bit silly. Salty snacks, sweet biscuits, great drams, and a bit of chinwag over what we’re tasting. Not ones to take ourselves too seriously, March’s virtual will include 5x single cask samples (30mls each) and a collection of 8x delicious sweet & salty snacks to try and pair with each cask as we go along. Which Society cask pairs well with Shapes Pizza flavour?! Or with a Honey Tiny Teddy. What about Scotch Fingers or Chocolate Chip Cookies?! Well, we’ll find out.
