This event will include a taste of four exclusive SMWS whiskies paired with four original cocktails by award-winning Whisky & Alement Bar Manager Lachlan Watt, each cocktail inspired by the flavours of the whiskies.
We’ll explore the character of each whisky and learn how to identify and describe complex flavours in this unique sensory experience. Included in your ticket price are four cocktail samples and four whisky samples based around SMWS flavour notes, plus edible sensory items to help you decode each whisky’s secrets.
