After a huge outing in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, we’re super excited to bring back The Gathering for 2023 with special Gathering casks, incredible experiences, and moments we get to share together around a great dram and company. Join us on this Gathering for 2023 and see how far down the flavour rabbit hole we go!
The Gathering is a celebration of what makes The Scotch Malt Whisky Society unique. This festival is for all our members, no matter where they are in the world. Along with access to limited-edition single cask whisky, they can take part in events in person at SMWS Members’ Rooms, Partner Bars, venues and online.
The origins of The Gathering date back to September 2013 when we celebrated our 30th anniversary with a party. Now 10 years on, as we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we’re inviting our members around the world to come together for our BIGGEST party yet.
