In every discussion about Scotch whisky as a whole, the ‘Big M’ distillery comes up in conversation at least once. It can divide, unite, and create a charm that no other distillery seems to capture. Either way you look at it, there’s a certain charm to distillery 24. Its recent expansion, the Easter Elchies House, the chewy richness of spirit and narrow cuts off the still: there’s a lot to explore with this powerhouse distillery.
