As we recently passed the 400+ cask milestone for Distillery 53 at The SMWS, we thought it was high time we properly explore the versatility and brilliance of this incredible code and plunge into a distillery ‘deep dive’ to showcase what we’re bottling. From a never-before-seen richly sherried 8yo, some Festival rarities, and a Vaults Collection bottling, the incredible output of this peated spirit is always surprising, and consistently good.
