The SMWS has had a proud tradition of collaborating with expert chef and Ternary Culinary Director Anthony Flowers on paired degustation courses that highlight the incredible flavours of the kitchen and full-flavoured Society drams. We’re excited to announce that in 2023 we will once again be collaborating with The Ternary at Novotel in Darling Harbour for another flavour journey.
Begin an evening of indulgence and exploration with a Whisky cocktail created by The Ternary Bar team followed by a five-course degustation menu paired with delicious Society drams.
