Sydney, let’s kick into 22!

In a return to a wonderful tradition we had running in Sydney for many years – right back to 2003, in fact – we’re hosting a sublime Summer Whisky Dinner!   And who better to team up with than, yet again, Australia’s undisputed king of matching whisky and food, Franz Scheurer. Franz will ply his trade once more for us and serve up his famous recipe of 1 + 1 = 3.  (The dish lifts and changes the whisky; the whisky lifts and changes the dish!) Months in the planning, Franz is working with Mark Jensen at Red Lantern, taking five Society whiskies and preparing a menu that will take you on an incredible journey of flavour exploration.

Tuesday 22 Feb, 6:30pm arrival for 7pm start.  Includes a cocktail on arrival; five course dinner with five matched Society drams; and the usual good-humoured banter of your hosts, Andrew Derbidge & Franz Scheurer.

Red Lantern, 60 Riley Street, Darlinghurst

Members, guests, non-members welcome.

Members & their partner/guest – $260.  Non-members – $295.
