Waitlisting is possible where we have no bottles available for general sale, but some have been reserved for an upcoming event. If the reserved bottles are not all required, the extra bottles will be returned into stock and available for sale. Waitlisted orders are then fulfilled on a first come first served basis.

To view the whiskies available, enter your search criteria, click on the links above or to the right, or on the map itself. Each results page lists the cask reference number, a description as well as important details such as age, alcohol percentage, proof, date distilled and the Society's allocation. Alternatively, you can download the latest  bottling list to print » visit our downloads page

From the search results pages, you can read the Committee's tasting notes. Whisky tasting guides are available from the Society to assist in your appreciation as well as the opportunity to learn from other members at tasting events.

The Society does not name the malts it bottles, rather it numbers them; the first number represents the distillery, the second, the number of casks the Society has bottled from that distillery.

For example, the first cask ever bottled was given the number 1.1., the thirty-third cask bottled from distillery No. 1 would be referred to as 1.33. Upon joining the Society you will receive a full scale map showing the entire region, and the distillery locations.
